Smoked Turkey and Fontina Canapes

24 canapes

12 slices whole wheat bread
2 T butter, melted
2 cups shredded fontina cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
1 (3oz) cream cheese, soft
2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 lb thinly sliced smoked turkey
24 thin slices seedless cucumber
24 thin slices radish

Garnish w/ fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 450
Using 2 1/2 inch round cutter, cut 24 circles from bread and brush both sides with butter.
Place on rimmed baking sheet and place another rimmed baking sheet on top of bread to flatten
Bake until browned - 6-8 minutes, then cool.

in small bowl, combine fontina cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and rosemary

beat at medium speed until well combined
Spread thin layer of cheese mixture on top of bread round
divide turkey among prepared bread rounds.
top each w/ sliced of cucumber and radish

place cheese mixture in a pastry bag fitted w/ a medium star tip and pipe mixture onto top of each radish slice

garnish w/ fresh parsley if desired.
