1 (4oz) blue cheese crumbles
1 (3oz) cream cheese package, soft
1/2 cup finely chopped toasted walnuts
12 slices cinnamon raisin bread, toasted and crusts removed
1 quart water
3 T fresh lemon juice
2 red Anjou pears, thinly sliced
Garnish with walnut halves, honey and cinnamon sugar
In bowl, combine blue cheese, cream cheese, walnuts and set aside
Cut each sliced of bread in half lengthwise and spread blue cheese mixture on each slice of prepared bread, set aside.
In medium bowl, combine water and lemon juice and add pear slices
Drain pear slices completely and top each prepared slice of bread w/ pear
Garnish w/ walnut halves, honey and cinnamon sugar.
