Moon River Mimosas

Yield 8 servings

6 cups Ruby Red grapefruit juice, chilled

1 – 6 oz can pineapple juice, chilled

2 T grenadine

2 T orange flavored liqueur

1 – 750 milliliter bottle Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled

Garnish: Ruby Red grapefruit sections

In a pitcher, combine grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, and liqueur. Add Champagne just before serving, stirring genly to combine. Garnish as desired.
