Mini Bacon Cheese Quiches

Makeover Mini Bacon Quiches

1 egg lightly beaten

½ lb sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

½ cup reduced fat ricotta cheese

½ cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese

1 small onion finely chopped

¼ tsp garlic powder

Dash cayenne pepper

Dash pepper

2 packages frozen mini phyllo tart shells

 

In small bowl, combine first 9 ingredients. Place tart shells on ungreased baking sheet; fill each with two tsp mixture

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes until filling is set and shells are lightly browned. Serve warm
