Honey Pistachio Cream

Honey Pistachio Cream ( 1 ¼ cups)

1 3 ounce package of cream cheese, soft

¼ cup sour cream

2 T honey

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup very finely chopped roasted and salted pistachios

In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and honey. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add cream; beat until stiff peaks form. Cover and chill. Immediately before serving, stir in pistachios.
