Fruit Salsa + Homemade Cinnamon Chips

Mixed Fruit Salsa with Homemade Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

1 package (16 oz) mixed frozen berries, thawed and chopped

2 medium peaches, diced

2 medium kiwifruit, peeled and deiced

3 T sugar

2 T lemon juice

1 ½ tsp grated lime peel

 

Cinnamon Tortilla Chips:

8 flour tortillas (7 inches)

3 T butter, melted

3 T sugar

1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon

 

In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients, set aside. Brush both sides of tortillas with butter. Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over both sides of tortillas Cut into wedges (6 per tortilla round).

Place tortillas on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes on EACH side or until crisp.

Drain salsa and serve w/ chips!
