dilled chicken salad with pecans

4 cups cooked chicken cut into 1 inch cubes
1 cup celery, finely diced
2 T fresh dill, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup seedless green grapes, cut in half
1 cup pecan halves, toasted
leaf lettuce
fresh dill for garnish

combine chicken, celery, and dill. blend in mayo and add more as desired

gently fold grapes and pecans, taking care not to bruise grapes

To assemble individual plates scoop salad onto beds of leaf lettuce.

garnish with sprigs of dill
