Devonshire Cream Version 2


  • 1 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • ½ freshly squeezed lemon
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour cream

In a  small  bowl with an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla.  Gradually beat in powdered sugar.  Fold in sour cream.

Makes 1½ cups.
