Cucumber Carrot Tea Sandwich

Cucumber Carrot Tea Sandwiches

1 (8oz) package cream cheese, soft

2 T mayo

¾ tsp seasoned salt

¼ cup finely grated carrot

1/4 cup finely toasted walnuts

1 T finely chopped fresh parley

1 seedless cucumber

12 pieces of thinly sliced white sandwich bread, crusts removed

Garnish with freshly grated carrot

Combine cream cheese, mayo, seasoned salt. Stir in carrot, walnuts and parsley

Using vegetable peeler, peel think ribbons of cucumber

Spread thin layer of cream cheese mixture on bread. Place cucumber slices in single layer, overlapping slightly, over the cream cheese mixture.

 Cut each sandwich into thirds and Garnish with carrot mixture
