Creamy Ham Salad

8 oz package of cubed ham, drained
1 cup grated Gruyere cheese (can substitute Swiss if desired)
1 - 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon course grain mustard
 
In food processor, combine ham,cheese and mustard.  Pulse until chunky.  Refrigerate until needed ~ can be stored for up to 5 days
