Chilled Cantaloupe Bisque

4 cups
1 cantaloupe peeled and diced
1 peach, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 recipe for sour cream sauce (see below)

in food processor or blender, combine cantaloupe, peach and orange juice; process until smooth. 

Add yogurt, cream and sugar and process

Cover and chill for 2 hours - overnight.

Garnish w/ sour cream sauce.

Sour Cream Sauce

1/4 cup sour cream
1 T sugar
1 1/2 tsp water

in small bowl, combine above ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill.
