Chicken with Strawberry Feta Salsa

2 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
2 T lime juice
1/4 cups crumbled feta cheese
2 tsp olive oil
1 avocado, peeled and chopped

Chicken (can be grilled or baked/breaded)

If grilled:
Toss chicken in the following marinade before grilling
     1 tsp olive oil
      2 tsp lime juice

If baked:
I coat the chicken in milk and a breading made up of 2 cup breadcrumbs 2 cup parmesan cheese and paprika, salt and pepper.

Bake or grill chicken and spoon salsa over chicken right before serving.

To make salsa:
In medium bowl combine strawberries, onion, lime juice, feta and olive oil, set aside - add chopped avocado to salsa season with salt and pepper right before topping chicken.
