Chicken Salad with Citrus Salsa

1 rotisserie chicken, meat removed from bones and chopped into bitesize pieces
1/2 cup pink grapefruit sections
1/2 cup orange sections
1/2 cup lemon sections
1/2 cup lime sections
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup shaved fennel
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup prepared Champagne vinaigrette
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Garnish: butter lettuce, fennel fronds, toast points
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, grapefruit, orange, lemon,
lime, avocado, fennel, and cilantro. Gently toss to coat in Champagne
vinaigrette; add salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Garnish
with butter lettuce, fennel fronds, and toast points, if desired.
Serve immediately.
