This years Swavesey Pinball Weekend will take place on the 28th June to the 30th of June 2024 at The White Horse, Swavesey.
A weekend of relaxing with friends, Friday evening and all Saturday there are machines to play and enjoy, music and good food.
Please note Sunday will see the machines reserved for use for the annual UK Pinball Cup, a competition that is open to all, young and old alike.

Opening Times
As usual we will run in line with the pub's opening hours:-
Friday 28th ~6pm -12am
Saturday 29th 9:30am -12am
Sunday 30th 12pm – ~5pm closing with the competition (see below)
The venue will be serving breakfast on Saturday morning and roast lunches on Sunday, the kitchen also opens at other times shown (with menus) on the White Horse website.

The UK Pinball Cup
Sunday will see the usual gathering for the UK Pinball Cup, open to all this is organised by Martin Ayub the Editor of Pinball News. Registration will began on Sunday 30th at noon prior to the competition which starts around 1pm and runs for roughly three hours. Here are some pictures of the winners of last years event.
We don't charge folk to play but donations to the charity are gratefully received, the proceeds of the raffle and everything we collected over last year's weekend came to a total of £1792.14, a fantastic show of generosity from those present and our friends who donated online (the certificate was made out to the Pinball Surgery but it should read Pinball Community). It also topped the previous 2023 total which is a testament to the generosity of those who made donations through the weekend.

The Swavesey Pinball Weekend - A Short History
In April 2006, the first East Anglian Pinball Show was held in a small village on the outskirts of Cambridge. Unashamedly laid back and low key, pinball fans came along to support the event and raise money for the Children's hospice at nearby Milton and, after the early death of our friend Nigel Hill, the British Heart Foundation. In recent years we have also supported other charities such as Prostate Cancer, Mind, Tom's Trust and UKPIPS.
Organised by Mark Squires who lives nearby and is an avid pinball collector, restorer and repairer the show is now established as a regular item on the Pinball event calendar.
The show is held in the tap room of the White Horse Inn in the village of Swavesey, an award winning traditional village pub. Every year there is a good mix of games for regular players to enjoy and to tempt those who may be new to pinball into finding out what pinball is all about.
The event has also become the home of the UK Cup competition and sometimes other rather interesting events designed with fun in mind! All are welcome to enter and play for the UK Pinball Cup and the competitions are suited to all ability levels and are also open to all.
Sadly due to COVID19 restrictions the event was cancelled in both 2020 and 2021 but we are back for it's 17th year in 2024!
