SILVER DOLLAR BAND
The Silver Dollar Band plays at the Swarthmore Memorial Day and Fourth of July events, as well as other local festivals. The band is comprised of local instrumentalists of all ages that enjoy performing patriotic tunes.
The band will perform on Memorial Day: Monday May 27, 2024. The band will meet at 9:30am in the alley across from the Swarthmore Library (121 Park Ave, Swarthmore, PA).
After that, the band will play on Thursday, July 4th, 2024. The band will meet at 8:30am at the tent outside the Swarthmore Library to play for Swarthmore's Fourth of July parade and patriotic presentations.
Players are encouraged to wear patriotic attire for these events. Small, wire music stands are provided, but players are encouraged to bring their own.
