Truffles with sweetened milk

  • 200 gr crumbled cookies like petit-beure
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 150 gr butter, room temperature
  • 1 can sweetened milk (400ml)
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts (for the covering)

In a bowl combine the crumbled cookies and the walnuts.

Add the butter and milk and stir with a spoon until combined.

Make balls with the mixture and roll in the walnuts, that you have already placed in a plate, to cover them.

Place in small cases and put in the fridge to set.
