Truffles from kourabiedes

  • 120 gr kourabiedes
  • 1 can condensed milk (400 gr)
  • 3 T cocoa powder
  • 2 T butter
  • chocolate flavour strands

In medium heat, in a pan mix the milk with the butter. Add slowly the cocoa powder and mix constantly until it thickens.

Remove from fire and let it cool slightly.

Break the kourabiedes with your hands in small chunks.

Add the chunks into the chocolate mix and mix until combined.

Make balls with your hands and roll on the strands to cover.

Place to the refrigerator to set.
