Straws with parmesan and rosemary

  • 1 package pastry
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • mustard
  • rosemary

Open the pastry and spread a thin layer of mustard in half of it.

Sprinkle above the mustard some rosemary and the grated parmesan.

Fold in half, the blank half should cover the other half with the parmesan and tap gently with your hands or with a rolling pin to seal it.

Cut lengthwise stripes, twist carefully and place in a pan covered with wax paper, leaving some gap between them.

Bake for 15' or until golden brown.
