Peanut butter cookies

Preparation time: 10'
Baking time: 8'-10'

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Combine all ingredients with a spoon or a spatula until mixed. 

With a spoon drop some quantity on ungreased cookie sheet (I preferred to put it on parchement paper).

Bake at 175C for 8-10 minutes depending on the size and how crunchy or soft you want them.

Leave for 5 minutes and then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
