Honey oat raisin bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 c oats
  • 1,5 c rice pops
  • 1/2 c cashews in chunks, raw
  • 1/2-3/4 c honey
  • 1/2 c raisins 

In a bowl mix the oats, rice pops, cashews and raisins.

Warm the honey a little bit and pour on the oat mixture.

Mix well to cover all the ingredients with honey.

Line a square pan with partchment paper and pour the oat mixture in it.

With a spatula or a spoon tap the oat mixture well to avoid any gap between.

Place in the fridge for about 2 hours to settle.
