Eggplants with feta cheese

Preparation time: 5'

Baking time: 1 hour


  • 4 eggplants
  • 1 medium onion, cut
  • tomato sauce
  • feta cheese for topping
  • olive oil
  • herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano)

Cut the eggplants in half or in wedges and place in a pan slightly brushed with oil.

Grill for 15' and turn upside down in the half of baking.

Take out from the oven, cover with the tomato sauce, the onion and the feta cheese.

Drizzle with some oil and sprinkle some herbs of our choice.

Bake at 180C for 30'-40' until the cheese is melted and the egglants are softened.
