Easy apple pie

  • 4-5 big apples, chunked
  • 1 package pastry
  • 50 gr butter, cold and cut in chunks
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 T flour
  • 2 T honey (optional)

In a bowl combine the sugar, salt, cinnamon, flour and apples.

In  a round pan apply the 1 part of pastry and pour the apple mixture.

Scatter the butter above the apples.

If you want you can pour some honey on the mixture.

Apply the 2nd part of pastry and seal the edges while you stick a fork all over the pastry.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40'-50' or until goden brown.

Let it cool a little bit before cutting and serving.
