Crepe chocolate

  • 1 cup of tea flour
  • 1 cup of tea milk
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 T sugar
  • 2 T butter
  • praline
  • mashed cookies

In a bowl beat with a wire the flour, milk, egg, salt and sugar until you have a smooth and thick mixture. At this point you can store in an airtight container at the refrigerator until next day.

In a non-stick pan in medium heat melt 1t butter and pour with a ladle mixture. Shake gently the pan until it makes a thin layer. The crepe is ready when it gets golden brown, you turn it from the other side and when it gets golden brown you take it off.

Spread praline as much as you want at half of the crepe and sprinkle the mashed cookies. Fold in half two times an enjoy.
