Research project: Automatic analysis of microscopy images of Langerhans islets

Project leader: Jan Kybic and Jan Svihlik

In collaboration with IKEM, we are developing automatic techniques to analyze microscopic images of Langerhans islets to determine their suitability for transplantation.
