Class schedule

ALL IN-PERSON CLASSES CURRENTLY ON HOLD DUE TO THE PANDEMIC! PLEASE STAY SAFE AND I'LL LET YOU KNOW WHEN I START TEACHING AGAIN. 

In the meantime, I am teaching online at Moxie.xyz, a platform for interactive fitness classes. You can choose to participate in a class interactively, like Zoom, or to observe the class in a view-only format if you prefer. It's fun and easy to use. You can choose a monthly subscription that allows you access to live classes and all previous classes, a class package to mix and match, or pay for indvidual class à la carte. Community classes in the Penn South Affordable Fitness Program--330 W. 28th St., Monday & Wednesday 7-8 PM, classes open to the public, only $5 per person!

Yoga for members of Seido Karate, 252 W. 30th St. 

Occasional community classes at Kula Yoga Project and Kula Williamsburg.

Substituting prenatal, restorative, and open level classes at Melt Massage & Bodywork, 84 Lafayette Avenue, Brooklyn.
