Community classes in the Penn South Affordable Fitness Program--330 W. 28th St., Monday & Wednesday 7-8 PM, classes open to the public, only $5 per person!

Yoga for members of Seido Karate, 61 W. 23rd St., Tuesday, 1:30-2:15 and 5:15-6 PM. 

Occasional community classes at Kula Yoga Project and Kula Williamsburg.

Substituting prenatal, restorative, and open level classes at Melt Massage & Bodywork, 84 Lafayette Avenue, Brooklyn.
