Attended the Carnegie Mellon Forum on Biomedical Engineering on September 21, 2018 and our lab presented three posters:
(1) Human epithelial type-2 cell segmentation with deep convolutional neural networks
(2) Mosaicking and blending in large-scale neuroimaging for robust dendrite detection
(3) Shape reconstruction for endoscopy with robust perspective shape from shading

Seminar talk at Computational imaging and Visualization Analysis (CiVa) Lab on 09-03-2012: 3D Reconstruction from Multiple Images. The slides are based on the book of Prof. Szeliski with small additions of my own and considers only Structure from Motion and Multi-view Stereo, Shape from X techniques.
