Research Interests

Visual data excites me, and I am slowly turning into a data scientist now. I started in pure mathematics and spent BSc, MSc, and the first few years of my PhD learning hard-core Analysis, Topology, and Geometry. Now in the past decade, I have spent a lot of time in learning image processing, computer vision, and machine learning techniques. My current primary research area is biomedical imaging and data informatics with a strong emphasize in pediatrics. For more details about my work, please have a look at my publications list or research page.
