I am currently working at Microsoft as a Senior Researcher. Prior to that, I was a Research Scientist II at Institute of Infocomm Research (I2R), A*STAR. Before that I worked at IBM Research AI Lab in Singapore as a Research Scientist from Jan, 2019 to Jun, 2021. Prior to joining IBM Research, I was a Postdoctoral Associate at the SMART and LIDS center of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and collaborated with Prof. Patrick Jaillet. I completed my PhD in Information Systems in Dec, 2017 from Singapore Management University (SMU) under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Pradeep Varakantham. I spend AY2015-16 at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) as a graduate exchange student and work under the guidance of Prof. Michael Trick from Tepper School of Business.
My main research interest lies in data-driven decision analytics using tools and techniques from artificial intelligence, machine learning, and operation research machinaries. Specifically, my research focuses on the following topics:
