ABOUT ME
I am a recent graduate of the PhD program in Second language Acquisition at the University of Maryland (UMD). I was also an NSF fellow receiving inter-disciplinary graduate training via the IGERT program on language diversity at UMD.

RESEARCH INTEREST
I am interested in exploring how two languages develop in a bilingual’s mind. In particular, I am passionate about heritage language acquisition, where the effects of first/early exposure and language dominance on bilingual competence can be disambiguated. PARTICIPATE IN EXPERIMENTS!
If you are a heritage speaker of Korean (second generation immigrants of Korean) and interested in making a little extra money, please consider participating in my heritage language research by emailing me!
