The Membership Fee includes $2,0000,000 liability insurance from the BC Wildlife Federation ("BCWF")/Capri Insurance, as well as full membership in the BCWF and additional personal insurance.

"Family" is defined as "two persons in a married or common-law relationship and all children under the age of 18 living at the same residence." (see Minutes, May 9, 2013 Monthly Meeting).

A.  Download and review BCWF Certificate of Liability Insurance (see attached link below).

B.  Download and complete the Membership Application form and Liability Waiver (see attached link below). Please sign the application and the waiver, and ensure all fields are completed including your email address. Note: Even those members who are renewing must complete and sign an application form every year when they are renewing. This is SCRGC policy.

C.     There are two options to complete your membership application:
  • In-Person: Attend the SCRGC Clubhouse (4384 Parkway Drive, Sechelt) in person on Sunday morning between 9:30 am and 10:30 am.
  • Mail: Mail-in your completed and signed Membership Application Form together with your cheque to:

NOTE:  All new members must attend an orientation class, or those renewing members who have not been a member for two years, must attend a New Member Orientation session. (Click here for the New Member Orientation Schedule)           

Once the Membership Application Form is accepted and the membership fee is paid in full, you become a "probationary" member. Probationary members are not issued a Membership Card (with a Membership Number) and Access Key until after they complete the New Member Orientation. The New Member Orientation covers Club policies and range safety rules. After completion of the New Member Orientation, a “probationary” member becomes a “full” member.

Junior Members: Persons under the age of 18 ("Junior" members) receive a Membership Card, however, they are not issued an Access Key. 

NOTE: Junior members must be supervised by an adult member when using a range.
