1s. Disguise of Jesus

Mark 16:12 "After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked, and went into the country." (KJV)

John 20:19 "Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you." (KJV)

John 20:26 "And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you." (KJV)

John 21:4 "But when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus." (KJV)

It may be objected that the coming of Jesus into rooms with doors shut indicates that he did not have a physical body. But did he pass through the doors, for it is nowhere said he passed through the wooden boards. Peter is said to have come out of a closed prison (Acts 12:16). No one has ever suggested that the gates of the prison were closed and yet he got out. (Jesus in Heaven on Earth)
