About Us

The Sunrise Bay (SRB) Condominium Association consists of 82 apartment style condominium units. We sit right on Medicine Lake, surrounded by beautiful wetlands. SRB is just minutes west of downtown Minneapolis in Plymouth MN.

Plymouth has been ranked, twice, at the top in Money magazine’s of ‘America’s Best Places To Live’.

Sunrise Bay units range from studios, one bedroom-1 bath, and two bedroom-2 bath units.

This web site is a means of keeping our owners and residents informed of activities at Sunrise Bay. It also permits us to provide up to date information on various projects approved by our Board of Directors. Lastly, it provides quick information on various functions that take place at Sunrise Bay. It is meant to assist our homeowners and residents in communicating with Management and the Board on issues that are important to them.
