The Gigantic Arc in the city of Paris
The Arc de Triomphe is one of the most famous monuments in Paris that stands in the centre of the exceptionally busy roundabout called Place Charles de Gaulle, formerly known as the Place de l'Étoile, at the western end of the Champs-Élysées. Aside from the Champs-Élysées, there are another eleven major avenues leading to the Arc. Visitors could access the Arc via an underground passage.
