Offering accommodation for up to 5 people, plus 1 baby (cot and highchair available).

The Ettrick Bedroom Kings size bed, option of additional single.

The Yarrow Bedroom Twin beds.

Rooms have flatscreen TV/DVD player with selection of films, books, hairdryer, alarm clock, free WiFi Internet access and both overlook the garden and beyond towards stunning countryside.

Guest WC/shower room.

Iron and ironing board.

Guests’ Breakfasting Room/TV lounge

Comfy seating, TV, breakfasting table, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh fruit, fridge, free WiFi internet access, games.

We can also provide stabling for up to 4 horses by prior arrangement. As we have livestock on our farm and working dogs we cannot allow guests to bring their dogs.

Bikes can be securely parked up.

Packed lunches can be provided if required.

Service wash: £ 5/load & drying facilities for clothes/shoes.

All parking is off road.
