CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Appointments may be modified to reflect recent changes with respect to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Some appointments may be held via Telehealth when available and appropriate to do so. Be assured that technology has allowed us to provide the same seamless service that we provide in our office. As we are currently transitioning back to in-person services, we'd like to ensure the health and safety of all.

For appointments scheduled in office, we kindly request that you wear a mask before entering the office and during your appointment. Bring hand sanitizer and use regularly. There will be appropriate distances kept in the office and we are asking that people not be waiting in the lobby so please do not bring anyone with you. If you require transportation from someone, we would ask that they wait in the car or outside, weather permitting.

Further, if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please do not enter the office and reschedule your appointment:

  • Fever

  • Cough

  • Breathing Discomfort

  • Sniffles

  • Sore Throat

  • Any other Flu-Like Symptoms

If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible as we hold the time slot for you. A $50/hour late fee may be assessed if cancelled within 48 hours of an appointment. If you are ill or not feeling well, we do ask during this time that you reschedule. For those with medical ailments, who are in a high risk category, and/or who have weakened immune systems may request video sessions. You may be asked to provide documentation.
