ONLINE Admission Opened March 29 2015, ONSITE  April 5 2015.

No Forms or payment will be processed at Temple Desk without Proof of Online Registration for Admission. 

If payment is done before online registration, Balavihar Admission Team will not be responsible for Admission Confirmation.

There will be Balavihar Team for All Balavihar  Class Admissions onsite at Temple from April 5 to May 3 @10:30am to 12:30pm.

During Onsite Admission, use your cell phone, Ipad, laptop at the Temple Auditorium area and either pay online or pay upstairs or give check to Balavihar Admission Team Onsite during Onsite Admission too. You will get approval onsite. Auditorium has public internet.           

*Anyone with Financial Problems can meet the Temple Executive Board if they qualify for Assistance. 
**Please remember Fees is a Temple Donation for Maintenance of Temple functioning and Balavihar Promotion.

 Deadlines:

Summer Camp Registration is from Feb 28 to July 13th 2015 or Until 45 slots are filled with 5 waiting list. 

All Balavihar Classes Registration based on dates in Fees section starting March 29 2015.

Admission Team will keep updating as they approve admissions.

  Fees: (per child)

Summer Camp Fees: US$ 150/- only. 

All Balavihar classes Fee

Early Bird Rates Apply March 29 to May 3 --> $150 for one class, $250 for two classes or more per child**


Regular Rates Apply May 4 to July 31 --> $200 for one class, $300 for two classes or more per child**

Late Fees Apply Aug 1 onward ---> $225 for one class, $325 for two classes or more per child**

This is Non-refundable fee (Once Admission Approved)** since it is a Donation to Balavihar, Ganesha Temple Fund.                                                                                                                          **If you are waiting list, and admission not approved, refund will be given when claimed.          Keep your receipts. Also if a class gets cancelled, then also fee will be refunded.

 Age Limits:

Summer Camp: Rising 1st - to 6th Grade. 

Final Approval is contingent on verification of birthdate by Camp Team-leader.

All Balavihar Classes: Students in Balavihar classes are registered as per their grade in Regular School as of Sept 30.

 Class limits:

Summer Camp: Typical camp size is 45 students

All Balavihar Classes: Each section is 15-20 kids

Additional sections will be opened up based on teacher/space availability 

 Processing of applications:

Applications are processed on a first come first served basis. Date of "first" is based on date when both registration and payment were completed. 

The slots will be updated as approval of "registered+paid" students is done.

How to Register:

It is best to do Online Registration and Payment which will help tracking too. After Registration on Balavihar website, you will be directed to Main Temple website for "Balaivhar" Payment. OR

On Main GaneshaTemple website payment, you can use credit, debit, online bank account checks etc). You can pay onsite if you have completed Balavihar Registration.

“Checks” payment mailing is only to be used when Online payment system crashes.

"Mailing" checks will delay your admission process until check is received and deposited.

*INTRODUCTION TO LOG-IN SCREEN*

 A user’s credentials is required in order to access the Web Application.

1.      To get started with the Bala Vihar Web Application, type the following address into your Web Brower or Click on the link below:

             http://balaviharganeshatempletn.org/

For Present Balavihar student Parents use your contact Email for "SIGN-IN".

1.      Click on the Sign In link present on the top right corner of header.

2.      Enter your Email Address in the Email Address” field.

3.      Press Tab to enter default password password123# in Password field.

4.      Click on Login to Login button to access the application.

5.     Click "profile" link on left menu column.

5.      Then Create new Password unique to your account

6.      Then select the child and follow instructions to update info and do Registration + Payment steps.

For New Balavihar student Parents use "SIGN-UP":

1.      Click on the Sign Up  link present on the top right corner of header

2.      Enter first name, last name, email address, password and confirm password.

3.      Then submit. It will create a new user.

4.      Fill info for registration of child and Fee payment.

5.      Login with your credential used in sign up process for login to application.
