Frangelico Cream

1 1/2 C superfine sugar  (Baker's Sugar)
3 egg yolks
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
24oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 Tbs Frangelico Hazelnut Liquer
2 cups heavy whipping cream

Beat sugar, yolks and vanilla together until light and pale.

Beat in softened cream cheese and Frangelico until well mixed.

In another bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff.  Fold into cream cheese mixture.

Spoon dessert into dessert cups or martini glasses.  Chill for at least one hour.
