Beer Bread

Prep Time:  10 minutes
Cook Time:  50 minutes

3 C flour**
3t baking powder
3T sugar
1 1/2  t salt
12 oz beer (1 can)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt with a whisk.
Pour beer into flour mixture, let foam up for a quick moment.
Stir until all ingredients are mixed, lumps are fine.

Pour batter into a bread pan and bake for 50 minutes.

Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.

**You can substitute the flour, baking powder and salt with 3 cups of SELF RISING flour if you have it.  This would make a 3-ingredient bread of flour, sugar and beer!
