Hot Choc Fudge Sauce

Bring 150ml cream, 170ml golden syrup, 40gm brown sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, 1/2 tsp salt and 85gm chocolate (your choice, I used milk choc) to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or so, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in 85 gm chocolate, 40gm butter and 1 tsp vanilla, stirring until lovely and smooth.
Let cool for 20 mins or so, it will thicken. Pour into jars. Will keep for approx 2 weeks.
