Created for the motivated athlete, ATTACK FORCE is an intensive strength training program designed to build strength and power in preparation for the demands of the high performance AAU circuit.  A periodized program employing core and ground-based explosive strength training is the foundation of ATTACK FORCE. The chief goal is physical and mental toughness as well as improved on court performance achieved through the consistency of weekly training.  ATTACK FORCE will only host athletes of the highest dedication.
