(Might want to add in olive oil)
1) Slice the tofu into 1/4 inch pieces and squeeze out water
2) Chop the scallions
3) Grate the ginger
4) In a shallow dish, pour sake and soy sauce. Add in ginger and scallions.
5) Place the tofu in the dish to marinate for 4 hours, flipping each hour.
Either a grill or a fry pan can be used.
