Pumpkin Butter

1 large can (29 oz) pumpkin puree

1 T. vanilla

3/4 c. apple cider

1 c. brown sugar

1 T. cinnamon

1-1/2 tsp. allspice

1/2 tsp. nutmeg


Combine all ingredients in crockpot and stir until combined. Cook in crockpot on low for 5 to 6 hours. This is delicious served on a slice of homemade (or store-bought is fine, too)!
