I offer a wide range of therapeutic interventions for adolescents, adults and couples.
I am an affiliate counsellor for EAPS (Employee Assistance Programmes).
I work Face to Face as well as offering Skype and telephone counselling.

I work integratively and draw from psychodynamic and person-centred theories while using some techniques from cognitive behavioural (CBT), brief solution-focused and creative art therapies.  I am trained to work with Post Traumatic Distress Disorder (PTSD)

I have been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist since 2007 and have more than 3,000 hours of experience.
