The SWEET Life is a balanced, healthy lifestyle. It balances five essentials in life, in order to be energized, focused, glowing, fit, and relaxed. The SWEET Life is:

  • Sleep (7-8 hours per night)
  • Water (8-10 cups per day)
  • Eating (small portions of nutrient-dense foods, daily)
  • Exercise (30-60 minutes per day)
  • Tranquility (30-60 minutes per day)

Health is about more than just diet and exercise. Because your best efforts can be derailed by a lack of sleep, dehydration and stress, they need to be addressed as well. Living the SWEET Life is taking care of yourself so that you can be the best parent, spouse, worker, friend, etc. that you can be!

Everyone starts living the SWEET Life at a different place with different goals. I’ll work with you to develop a SWEET Life plan which incorporates Sleep, Water, Eating, Exercise, and Tranquility and, most importantly, will fit into your lifestyle. Some aspects of the SWEET Life will be easy to accomplish, while others will be more challenging. That is why I have tools and a blog, allowing you to track your SWEET Life every day. In addition, you’ll receive Weekly Encouragement emails, and we’ll meet every month to review your goals and set new ones. Personalized fitness training is available, too.
