Introduction to rings, Integral domains, Ideals and factor rings, Ring homomorphisms, Field of quotients of an Integral domain, Polynomial rings, Factorization of polynomials, Field extensions, Splitting fields, Classification of finite fields solving cubic and quartic equations.
