Sudden Liberation Program Overview

So, here it is. Here’s the 21-day program that will transform the way you see yourself, others, and life itself - with sudden and immediate results; please note, for lasting results, it is very important to use this program for a full 21-days. The program has been broken down into 3 steps that are easy to follow – so that you can simply enjoy each step of the way. Step 1: Hypnotic Guided Meditations - 1x per day for 21 days

There are five interchangeable Hypnotic Guided Meditations. The hardcopy version of the Sudden Liberation Program comes with both AM & PM variations. Choose one to listen to at night for a full 21 days (*optional - listen to a meditations during the day for relaxation and revitalization). Each meditation is approximately 25min long and all of them serve the same purpose: to set the stage for this new approach to your thoughts and to empower the seeing through techniques to work for you.

We call them Hypnotic Guided Meditations because they are a combination of hypnotherapy - hypnosis and therapy -  used as a fast, efficient and reliable means of altering personal suffering due to having misperceptions about oneself and life; and, guided meditations using Isotones to help you effortlessly achieve a deep state of consciousness. 

We recommend listening to these meditations through headsets, in a relaxed sitting or lying position. Also, you may find yourself being anywhere from fully alert and awake to deeply asleep while listening to these meditations - it's okay to be awake or asleep, because either way you will be in a deep state of consciousness that is naturally receptive to the suggestions contained within these meditations.

Caution: Do not attempt to operate a vehicle or heavy machinery while listening to these Hypnotic Guided Meditations. They are designed to put you into a deep meditative state of consciousness while you are listening to them.

Step 2: Enjoy Our Seeing Through Guide Books - 1x per day for 21 days

Reading is a time where we can enter into an entirely new world that has been carefully prepared for us. We get to put aside all of the routine distractions (old ways of thinking, being, and acting), and, for a moment, engage in something wondrous and new – a world that has new meaning and new significance. It is also a time where we can be reminded of what we already knew, but, perhaps forgot that we knew it.

Please take a few moments, when you have an opportunity, throughout the day to just open up one or both of our books – Seeing Through the Game of Life & Seeing Through Symbology – and enter into their world. Read a few pages, try one or more of the sixteen practice ideas, contemplate a sentence, or just study the beautiful imagery - engage these books in any way that feels right to you. They are modern interpretations of timeless wisdom, and are capable of creating rapid transformation all on their own.

Step 3: Seeing Through Techniques - 1x per day for 21 days

These techniques are not intended to be like traditional meditation practices that happen at a certain location, or take place at a certain hour or in a certain position; they can be done anytime throughout the day, regardless of what you're doing or where you are. We see no conflict between working, being a student, or parenting children and doing these techniques. They can be done out loud, in a whisper, or quietly to ones self. With a little practice they can be done under any circumstances. They are simple, yet incredibly powerful techniques. Please refer to your program manual for the written instructions on how to perform these techniques. 

These techniques can be done anywhere and at anytime.
