Firecracker Casserole

1 lb ground beef
1 med chopped onion
2-3 tsp cumin (I prefer more)
2 cans Ranch style beans

Brown beef with onions. After drained, add cumin and beans.
Pour into baking pan.  Add layer of flour tortillas. Then add
layer of your favorite cheese...Mexican cheese, colby-jack,
cheddar...

Mix small can of cream of mushroom soup with can of Rotel.
Pour over top.

Bake one hour at 350 degrees. I usually add a little more cheese
to the top about 15 minutes before it's ready.
