Mushroom Bruschetta

2 lb of mushrooms
olive oil
garlic (4 cloves minced)
1/2 cup mayo


Drizzle mushrooms with olive oil and sprinkled some salt and pepper on them and baked at 350 until cooked through.

Mince your mushrooms. You can use a grinder or food processor. 
Drain all the liquid in a sieve. 
Place the mushrooms in a bowl and add mayo, minced garlic, salt and pepper. 
Give everything a good stir. 
Serve on crusty bread.
