Fried Rice


Ingredients:

* 2-3 green onions

*3 eggs

*salt and pepper

*vegetable oil

*about 4 cups cold cooked rice

*2 tablespoons of soy sauce


1. Wash and chop the green onion

2. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper (to your taste)

3. Heat a frying pan (or if you are fancy and have a wok, heat that :) ) add about 2 TB of oil

4. Once the pan is hot, add the beaten eggs and lightly scramble (but not to overcooked)

5. Once eggs are done, remove them onto a clean plate and clean out your pan

6. Then reheat the pan again and add about 3 TB of vegetable oil

7. Add the rice

8. Stir-fry the rice for a few minutes using your wooden spoon to break it apart

9. Then stir in your soy sauce

10. When the rice has been heated through and the soy sauce has been spread out evenly, add the scrambled eggs and green onions into the pan. Mix everything together and serve hot
