        c.    Is it real stucco that has been painted.. 
 
     3.   Is it e.i.f.s.:  
 
          a.  How deep is the foam, dose it have foam backing, dose it have foam trim, how deep is the foam trim ( most often multiple depth of foam on trims).  
 
          b.   Has the base coat, been totaly meshed, is thier any mesh, is thier mesh around the window trims, has the mesh been back wrapped.    
 
          c.    Is thier a moisture barrier, is the moisture barrier in good condition, has thier been groved foam, is thier a water dranage sysetm built in, has backer rod been used around the windows ( most e.i.f.s. have no backer rod around windows IT IS REQUIRED BY ALMOST ALL E.I.F.S. PRODUCTS)  
 
         d.     Is my exterior finish right over the wood substrate, ( if it is, its not stucco, or e.i.f.s.) its paint.    And in-order for it to be directly applied,  ( IT MUST BE OVER EXTERIOER GRADE SHEETING) .  
 
         e.     What is the condtion of my sheeting and studs. ( holding up the house.) The ONLY WAY TO KNOW FOR SURE IS TO DO A DISTRUCTION TEST.
